I made my 10th grader his first rustic maple desk.

Earlier this summer, BMAN and I worked on a new desk for his bedroom. This was the second desk I have made since March but, my first using maple and milling legs. I also took some construction steel rods to provide a more unique look in the legs. I love a lamp so I decided to make my first ever lamp out of faucet parts. BMAN really thought this part was cool as we did a little splicing and wiring. I will say that this desk weighs a ton. Hopefully, many A's will be made using this desk. (-:
