We bought our Atlanta Dreamhouse!!!

We did it! Last summer I made the decision to shut down my Instagram and basically entire public operation after becoming overwhelmed. I felt like I needed to focus on my career and revisit a goal I set a couple years ago. After living in the burbs my entire life, I was ready to experience the urban life. I've had a taste of it the past couple years through work and dating and but, never quite put in the work to make it happen. I've found over the years, its just so easy into getting lulled into a sense of "settling". So I decided to put the same passion that I put into learning to make last year and my career change into purchasing my dream house. I'm sure I'll come back to the search at some point but for now, let's just say it was "love at first site". The size of the house, The Community, Proximity to the Atlanta beltlline and all I've loved since moving here and the history buff in me loved that it's a 94 year old house in an area where slaves settled after the Civil War.

I see so much potential in this house. When I was looking at it, my ADHD kicked in and my mine was going 200 mph with makes. Beds, Large Dining room table, maximize storage, workshop in back, Pergola, Front Porch Swing, column restore, kitchen restore, fireplace work, etc. All of this will be done in time and I hope to share with you here so check in from time to time to see where we are going.
